• By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful.

• If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must not share your account or impersonate another individual.

• justGuide reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Services

justGuide is a mentorship platform that enables users to:

• Create profiles, upload resumes, and define career goals

• Connect with mentors or mentees

• Communicate via chat, voice/video calls, and in-app meetings

• Share resources, notes, and attachments

• Access mentorship and networking opportunities

Certain features may be offered free of charge, while others may require payment or subscription.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Mentorship sessions are charged as per the rate defined by the mentor. Additional platform fee and add-ons fees (if selected) will be charged along with mentor fees.

• Payments are securely processed through third-party providers.

• All fees are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

• You are responsible for any applicable taxes or additional charges.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the justGuide platform solely for lawful purposes, including booking and participating in mentorship sessions, communication, and professional development.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must ensure that all information provided is accurate and up to date.

Access to sessions, meetings, and platform features is restricted to authorized users only. Session links, tokens, or access credentials must not be shared with any third party.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities

• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

• Upload or share content that is offensive, discriminatory, or infringes on others’ rights

• Record, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit mentorship sessions or content without explicit consent

• Share session access links or allow unauthorized participation

• Attempt to bypass platform payments or take transactions off-platform

• Attempt to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Services

All content accessed through the platform is for personal, non-commercial use only, unless otherwise explicitly permitted.

justGuide reserves the right to monitor platform usage for security and quality purposes and may suspend or terminate access without notice in case of violations of these Terms, including misuse of access or breach of acceptable usage policies.

7. Content & Intellectual Property

• All content delivered during mentorship sessions, including but not limited to verbal guidance, documents, and materials, remains the intellectual property of the mentor, unless otherwise agreed.

• The mentee is granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use such content strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Mentees shall not record, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any session content without prior written consent from the mentor and justGuide.

• justGuide retains a limited license to host, deliver, and manage session content solely for platform functionality, quality assurance, and service improvement.

• Any session recordings, where enabled, will only be made with the explicit consent of all participating parties, and will be subject to platform policies regarding access and usage.

8. Mentorship Disclaimer

• justGuide facilitates mentorship connections but does not guarantee specific outcomes.

• Mentors are independent users, and justGuide is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of advice provided.

• Any decisions made based on mentorship are solely your responsibility.

9. Third-Party Services

Some features may rely on third-party services (such as payment gateways, communication tools, or analytics platforms). Your use of such services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms

• Engage in fraudulent or harmful activities

• Fail to make required payments

You may terminate your account at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

• The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

• justGuide makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service or outcomes.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, justGuide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless justGuide, its affiliates, team members, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Services

• Your violation of these Terms

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Kerala, without regard to conflict of law principles.
